Your story touched my heart. My 18 yr old highschool senior just told me he is going to enlist in the military. I cried! Not because he wants to join the military, I’m very proud of that, but because I fear for his life. Actually, I’m quite terrified! So…to hear your story touched my heart this morning. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and for a safe homecoming for your son!
YOU GO GIRL.! MY SON IN ALSO IN THE US ARMY. JUST CAME BACK FROM IRAQ. WHILE HE WAS GONE THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT ME SANE WAS RUNNING. FOR SOME REASON WHEN I WAS RUNNING I FELT CLOSER TO HIM. HE IS NOW STATIONED IN FORT CAMPBELL KENTUCKY AND I STILL RUN EVERYDAY TO FEEL CLOSE TO HIM. YOUR SON WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS AND MAY GOD BRING HIM BACK TO YOU SAFE AND SOUND.
PS…. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SOME MILES I RUN ABOUT 25 TO 30 MILES A WEEK LET ME KNOW.
